  1. Overview

At www.nimaxseals.com, we prioritize precision and quality. We have outlined the following guidelines for returns and refunds.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of your delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be completely unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Batch Consistency: Products are sold by batch; partial returns from a specific batch or bag cannot be accepted to ensure lot traceability and material integrity.

 

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the technical and customizable nature of our products, the following are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom or Made-to-Order O-Rings: Custom compounds, spliced O-rings, and non-standard sizes manufactured to your specifications.
  • Opened or Used Seals: Seals that have been installed, stretched, or exposed to fluids, greases, or extreme temperatures.
  • Special Order Materials: Hard-to-source or non-stock elastomeric materials.

 

  1. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Email us with your order number, the reason for the return, and photographs/inspection report of the items.
  2. Wait for Approval: Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
  3. Ship the Items: Package the O-rings securely (preferably in a box) and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside.

 

  1. Shipping Costs
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received the incorrect size, material, or a defective product, NIMAX SEALS will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement immediately.
  • Buyer’s Remorse: If you ordered the incorrect size or changed your mind, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

 

  1. Inspection & Refunds

Upon receiving your return, our quality assurance team will inspect the items to verify problem. Once approved, a refund. will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
